These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on maisonfauvette.fr. They are available at all times on the site and apply to every order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Prices are shown in US dollars for customers in the United States, and are inclusive of applicable handling. Shipping, where not included, is shown before payment. We may update prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed at the moment of your order.
Payment is made online at the time of order, by card or supported wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay), through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are encrypted and never pass through us. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved.
The digital portrait is prepared within about 24 hours (indicative). We email you as soon as it is ready and invite you to preview it on a personal page. The high-resolution file is released for download once you approve your portrait.
Prints (poster, framed print) are produced and shipped by our print partner, with production in the United States for US orders, then delivered to the address you provide. Delivery time is indicative, usually a few business days after you approve your portrait. No print is produced before your approval.
We want you happy with the result.
This policy is our own commitment. It does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state.
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own or have the right to use them, and you agree to hold Maison Fauvette harmless against any third-party claim relating to the photos you provide. You receive a personal, private-use license to your portrait: you may print it, share it and use it non-commercially. Maison Fauvette retains ownership of its creations, styles and know-how; any commercial use of the portrait by you requires our prior written consent.
We only showcase the portraits we create for promotion (site, social media, contests) with your prior consent, collected at the time of order or later, and revocable at any time.
To fulfill your order we collect your email, your pet's name, the photos you send and, for a print, your shipping address. Payment data is handled by Stripe. We use this data only to create, deliver and track your order. The photos you send are used to create the portrait and then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details, including your rights.
These Terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under the law of your state of residence. For any question or claim, email fauvettestudio.fr@gmail.com; we aim to reply quickly.
