The photos you upload are used to create your portrait, then deleted. We showcase a finished portrait for promotion only if you gave us consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
We keep order information for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
Only the providers needed to deliver your order: Stripe (payment), our print partner (printing and shipping your print), and our email provider (transactional emails). They act on our behalf and only for your order.
